A multiphase solution completed in 2Q 2012 for the CEZ Group was designed to ensure adequate support for business requirements in accordance with legislation and effective IT support in selling new GAS products in the country.

The project involved the implementation of a set of changes/functionality for both supporting and increasing in GAS (PLYNu) sales and for streamlining internal processes for new customers while reducing operating costs.

Improvements are anticipated from automatic SMS communication (connection to the SMS/Email engine), the support for the sale of products and services (modifications to telephony/IVR, CS), the development of reporting, communication with foreign distributors (disconnection) and support for change and the reduction of errors in acquisition campaigns (acquiring new customers).
